Our sneaker high heels are a combination of high heel and sneaker (sports shoe). With the Sport High Heels, also called Sneaker Heels, the label MISSY ROCKZ presents a new type of shoe, which focuses on a high degree of wearing comfort, fancy designs and top quality. The Sport High Heel designs have sharply cut stiletto heels at a height of 8.5 cm or 10.5 cm and are available in EU shoe sizes 35 - 42.
The sneaker high heels are comfortable to wear compared to other high heels due to the sports shoe style and the inner padding, which can be equated with that of a good sneaker shoe, the plateau and the breathable memory foam outsole. A soft upper made of breathable textile lining surrounds the foot perfectly and provides a high wearing comfort and an optimal balance. The wearing comfort can be equated with a "like walking on clouds" feeling. The air holes in the toe area not only ensure a pleasant shoe climate, but also, together with the white shoe tongue, force the sporty character.

Our sneaker high heels are basically normal in size. If you vary between two sizes, we always recommend the smaller size, because the heels still shrink a little. But if you have a narrower or wider foot, we have to look again in the concrete case, because there are slight differences between the models. If you are not sure about your size, you are welcome to write to us and give us your exact measurements, then we can give you a recommendation. Please note that we cannot give any "guarantee" on the accuracy of fit. We only make recommendations, as every foot is different and we cannot make any general statements. Please note that the information is only a benchmark and that we cannot give a 100 % guarantee regarding the size. A complete certainty can only be created by a fitting! We would also like to point out that the fit is also influenced by our heel heights of 8.5 cm and 10.5 cm. If you are at the border between two sizes with your size allocation, we recommend that you choose the smaller shoe size at least for the 8.5 cm heel variant, as the 8.5 cm variant is slightly larger compared to the 10.5 cm variant.
No! Our MISSY ROCKZ High Heels are made of high quality imitation leather without animal suffering.
For the upper material of our sneaker high heels we use textile/synthetic leather. In the shoe, mesh from nylon & synthetic wool is used. The outer sole consists of PU and the cover sole of micro-fiber and memory foam.
The laces on our new models are deliberately shorter ;) You can simply lash them short and then put them in at the sides. This looks nicer than with a bow. Furthermore our laces are now thicker and you automatically have a better hold.
We have sneaker high heels with two heel heights. Our models are available with 8.5 cm and with 10.5 cm heel. In the meantime we offer many models with both heel variants and only rarely models with only one heel variant.
MISSY ROCKZ currently only produces high heels. You can find the heel height in the respective product description. In addition we have marked each article with a heel height icon, from which you can see the availability of the respective heel height.
If you click on a model on our website and then select the color or heel height, all available sizes will be displayed in the drop-down menu. If you can click on a size and add it to your shopping cart, the shoe is available in your desired size. If a size is displayed in light grey and cannot be clicked, the shoe in this size is currently sold out. You are welcome to send us an e-mail and let us inform you if the model is available again or if it will be produced again.
Many of our Sport High Heel models in the MISSY online shop are produced in limited editions and are marked as "limited editions". So with limited editions you have to be fast before they are sold out. The models which are only available in limited quantities and may no longer be available in all sizes, can be recognized by the "almost sold out" banner above the respective article. However, MISSY ROCKZ also has some models, such as the DEATHHEAD BLACK or the STREET ROCKZ Sneaker High Heel permanently in its assortment.
Ordering from MISSY ROCKZ is easy. After you have placed the desired items in your shopping cart, you can use the CHECKOUT button to place your order. You can either order as a guest with your e-mail address or register for a customer account. If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your e-mail address and password. You will then be guided through the order process in three steps (address - payment method - purchase) and can complete your order. Optionally you can enter a coupon code below the ordered articles. With the help of your customer account, you can complete the order process even faster since your data is already stored and you can therefore also process the payment faster.
With the help of the wishlist you can save all your desired products to be able to access them later comfortably in a list overview. You can also edit and delete your desired products there. If you are in the product view, there is a field "Wish list" below "Add to shopping cart". If you click on the little heart, the item will be added to your wishlist. You can recognize the “Wishlist” at the top next to "Currency" and "Login" by the heart icon.
Unfortunately it is not possible to order by telephone from MISSY ROCKZ due to system technical reasons. Our customer service will be happy to help you via telephone or e-mail if you have any questions regarding the placement of an online order, a complaint or the returns process.
No, there is no minimum order value in the shop.
As long as your order is not yet in the shipping process with us, we can process your
cancellation in our system. Simply send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can still stop the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible.
After your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which contains your invoice and delivery address as well as the selected payment method in addition to the items you have ordered. In the further process you will receive a shipping confirmation when the goods have left our warehouse.
We ship our parcels with DHL, so you always have a tracking number and you can track the parcel. To check the delivery status of your order, check the shipping confirmation that you received by email. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link by email.
If you would like to check whether your order has been placed correctly you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us by e-mail. In general, we ask you to check your order confirmation again to ensure that it is correct, so that your order can be delivered to you quickly and as requested. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:
- Cash payment upon pick-up (only possible in Dresden and by appointment at email@example.com) - Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal Express
- Payment by PayPal Plus (credit card, direct debit, purchase on account, installment)
The payment options "purchase on invoice", "direct debit", "installment payment" and "credit card" are offered and controlled by the payment service PayPal ("PayPal Plus"). If you choose the option "Purchase on account", you will get a message on your MISSY ROCKZ invoice that you are transferring the money to PayPal and not to MISSY ROCKZ. For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer (only for eurozone countries)
You will receive your invoice with the goods in the package. A digital delivery by e-mail is currently under development. If you have lost your invoice, please contact our customer service and we will send it out again to you.
The VAT is shown in each invoice for domestic invoices (Germany) and deliveries within the EU. No VAT is shown for deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland.
You can enter the respective company name for your invoice address when your order.
Yes, we offer this service through our partner PayPal. If you choose this payment method, your invoice will inform you that the installments will be paid directly to our partner PayPal and that the transaction will be handled entirely via PayPal. Please note that PayPal reserves the right to refuse this payment method due to insufficient creditworthiness.
The best way is to contact PayPal directly on 0800 7234500, as we unfortunately have no concrete insight into the payment process. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again afterwards.

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name given to the new uniform regulation for national and European payment transactions. The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account details (in Germany account number and bank sort code). The BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardized bank code (comparable to the bank sort code in Germany) that uniquely identifies payment service providers worldwide.
We distinguish between promotional vouchers ("EXAMPLECODE") and sales/value vouchers. In our social media and newsletter campaigns you will usually find promotional vouchers, so-called "campaign codes", which reduce the value of your shopping basket by a certain amount. These vouchers are limited and only valid for a short time. Attention - you can only redeem one code per order.
Further we sell so-called value coupons in the online shop under https://www.missy-rockz.com/en/voucher. You can choose between 25 €, 50 €, 100 €, 150 € and 200 €. These coupons can be given away simply and comfortably. After your purchase, you will receive your voucher in PDF format (e-mail dispatch) with a 6-digit voucher code, which you can redeem in the shopping basket area up to 3 years after your purchase. Attention - you can only redeem one code per order.
If you have a voucher, then you can enter the voucher code directly in the shopping cart / checkout area in the field "voucher code". The invoice amount of your order is then immediately reduced in the browser window by the value of your voucher.
In principle, vouchers cannot be posted subsequently for technical reasons. If you have forgotten to redeem a voucher, simply use it with your next order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
In Germany the shipping costs are 4,90 € per order. Further shipping costs to other European and non-European countries can be found here: https://www.missy-rockz.com/en/webshop/shipping-methods-and-costs. If a delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be occur for which we are not responsible, such as customs duties, taxes or money transfer fees (bank transfer or exchange rate fees), which are to be borne by the buyer.
Self collection is only possible at our headquarter in Dresden, Germany. Please make an appointment with us by e-mail at email@example.com. In this case no shipping costs will be charged. Please bring the money in cash with you when you pick up the goods from our office at Leipziger Straße 33 in 01097 Dresden.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective article description, the delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days, for foreign deliveries it is 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment after the date of your payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment as soon as all items are in stock and unless we have not agreed otherwise with you.

No, for technical and logistical reasons it is not possible to offer a partial delivery. Especially as far as presale is concerned, mixed orders and partial deliveries with products in stock and products out of stock are not possible. Mixed orders from the current collection and presale are only delivered when all parts are in stock.

The MISSY ROCKZ online shop is available in German and English. We also offer products in Swiss francs, British pounds and US dollars for our customers outside the euro zone. RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUNDS
If your MISSY ROCKZ heels don't fit or you don't like them, you can send them back to us and we will exchange them for the desired model or your desired size by sending them back to you free of charge. We will be happy to exchange your shoes for another model. The dispatch of the exchange commodity is naturally free for you. Simply contact our customer service or write us your request on the return form.
Yes, the costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. MISSY ROCKZ will bear the costs for shipping the exchange goods for you.
Once your return has been processed in our logistics centre, we will refund you using the same method of payment you originally chose. The process usually takes 1-3 days but can take up to 7 days depending on seasonal and promotional conditions. If you do not hear from us or have not received a refund within a week of your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
No, according to our cancellation conditions the buyer bears the direct costs of the return. MISSY ROCKZ will bear the shipping costs for the exchanged goods for you.
Despite strict quality controls, it can happen that a shoe is sent faulty or incorrectly. In this case you simply send us a few meaningful photos and a written description of the deficiency to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our service team will then contact you as soon as possible.
